ABOUT CMU ANNALS
Constanta Maritime University Annals is an academic journal first published in 2000 as a result of CMU teaching staff mutual efforts to feature original scientific work in the maritime field. Following the goal to promote and enlarge the voices and ideas of the research community, CMU Annals aims at setting the task of its audience at the heart of the naval and scientific community.
CMU Annals is a blind peer review and an open-access journal that is accredited by the National ISBN-ISSN-CIP Centre, established in Romania in 1989, currently the only representative of the International ISBN Agency based in London. The journal is published at least twice a year with the registration number ISSN 2067-0427 / ISSN-L 2067-0427. Over the years, our journal underwent indexation, currently being an international member of CrossRef with DOI content registration and preparing to be indexed soon in Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ISI Web of Knowledge, and ProQuest.
